You connect your own Testimo account. The bot does not include the creator's connection. Signup is for people who do not have a Testimo account yet, and it does not install the connector. The connector's marketplace submission is still under review.

Authorise the Testimo account you use. A shared assistant does not include the creator's account, credentials or connection. Signing up for Testimo does not install the connector for you.

Ask about reviews, then start a request
Use the conversation to check review statistics, recent feedback and customer records, and to start a review request through Testimo.
Custom connector address
In Grok, add Testimo as a custom connector and use this address. This is the same MCP connection the assistant uses. It is not installed when you sign up.

What the assistant can do
Review statistics
Ask for the review statistics stored in the Testimo account you connect, including request counts, the average rating recorded in Testimo, response rate, Google clicks and SMS usage. That average is not your Google Business Profile rating.
Recent customer feedback
See recent feedback held in Testimo, including ratings and what the customer wrote.
Customer records
Retrieve recent customer records from the connected Testimo account. Contact details are available when they are needed to send a review request.
Review requests
Start a review request by email or SMS through Testimo. Testimo keeps its own templates and sending process. Grok does not replace or rewrite those templates. Starting a request sends a real message. It does not mean the message arrived, or that the customer left a review.
