Testimo provides a reputation management platform designed to help businesses collect and manage customer feedback.
Access to Testimo is provided on a subscription basis at $49 AUD per month or $500 AUD per year. We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. A card is required to start the trial. Your card is charged automatically on day 15 unless you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
By using Testimo, you agree to:
Testimo may allow you to connect your account to third-party services, including AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude. If you choose to connect a third-party service, you authorise that service to access and use the Testimo functionality and information made available through the connection to carry out requests you make.
You are responsible for reviewing requests made through connected services and for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority to provide customer information or request communications to customers.
Actions requested through connected services may have real-world effects. For example, asking Testimo to send a review request may result in an email or SMS being sent to a customer.
You can revoke connected-service access from Settings → API → Connected Apps.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to engaging in spam or generating fake reviews, without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testimo and Digest Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
